this indonesian sambal (sauce) is often served with a variety of dishes. tastes really good with grilled or as typical here deep fried fish e.g. snapper, tuna, mahi mahi; grilled veggies or with meat.
- 8-10 small shallots
- 2 stems of lemon grass
- 1-2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
finely chop shallots, lemon grass and chilli. season with fish sauce and coconut oil.
