goulash with sausage and potatoesthere isn’t much to say about this recipe: i saw it in e&t für jeden tag and since i wanted to cook something different for a change, this goulash with sausage and roasted potatoes immediatley made it onto my plate. it was very taste, the tomatoes are reduced so it is almost like ketchup and with the seasonings it is a perfect dip for the roasted potatoes.

potato goulash

potato goulash potato goulash is another childhood memory of mine. i very rarely ate it in the last years, but when i was still living at home my dad or mum used to make it more frequently. like with a lot of country specific dishes everyone probably got their own recipe for it. i actually only know this version, at best with squashed potatoes (but that wouldn’t have looked too appetizing in the picture) to get rid of the otherwise soup like texture (and my parents always served it to me like that, we are creature of habit 😉 ) i improve the goulash with a spice paste according to alfons schubeck (tip from my mum). it adds this special kick to the dish.
